We’ve updated Candu’s tier structure to make enterprise buying decisions easier than ever. Here’s what you need to know.

• If you’re a new customer, we’ve simplified our enterprise tier structure. No more lengthy comparisons; we help you get the features you need, faster. 
• All new users who signed up from the website still get free access to all our features for 14 days. 

Why did we change tack? 

At Candu, we love to test, optimize and personalize so much, we built a product around that. We have been doing our research and learned a few things.

Teams are built to support the business, not fit into a software package tier and comparison shopping takes time and effort to find the right product plan. We are taking some of the legwork out.

For startups and small businesses, we want to offer you the features your growing org needs at a price point that won’t break the bank, so we’ve simplified our self-service tiers to give you just that. We offer our Start plan beginning at just $49 for one editor and 1,000 MAUs. You can add purchase additional editor seats or MAU buckets as you grow. 

For scaleups enterprise buyers, Candu focuses on hyper-personalization all the way down to our pricing structure so you can pay for what you need, not a wide-reaching, standardized plan.

You may be asking yourself, “How does this work?” 

Startups and small businesses 

Nothing is changing for our self-service options. Upon signing up, you will have access to unlimited content and domains and all our premium features for 14 days. After the trial period, you will be moved to our free Personal plan. Don’t fret: You get to keep all the content you built during your trial and can continue to build new UI components.

If you’d like to continue using our analytics tools to make data-driven decisions, you should upgrade to the Start plan. Knowing who has seen your content and whether they engaged with it is crucial for prioritizing growth resources. 

If you would like to upgrade before the end of your 14-day trial, simply navigate to Settings > Billing > Upgrade Plan. 

‍Enterprise
